We are looking to book weeknight (Mon-Thurs) games (4 game series) using the Dice Roller Chat room. If you are available and want to give it a shot, we can start as late as 730-8pm and be done by 10-1030. In the last trade between Ocean County and Gulf Coast, the draft choice sent to Gulf Coast should be OC6 ('16) instead of OC6 ('15)
5/11/2013 - WG: Series recap WG vs HV
Today I played another great series against HV . It was much closer then it looked at least it felt that way . Billingsly held me at bay for most of the 1st game as HV won easily 5-1 , the second game featured a 9th inning comeback by HV as WG lost , yes another heartbreaker , 4-3 . Third game WG was still still trying to find a groove as Detwiler shut WG out . To go up 3 games to 0 , just like that , but WG still had some fight left . Game 4 had a 9th inn HR by Morse to win the first one for WG , and Game 5 had WG comeback to win in 10 innings 5-4 . Game 6 went back to HV as a grand slam by Craig sealed the game for HV . The last game WG was down 4-0 , but still battled back once again to cut it to 4-3 , and a 9th inning rally fell short leaving the tying and winning runs on base . HV wins 5 games to 2 . Continuing WG's lifetime woes against HV ( In the 3 years so far WG has a measly total record of 9-26 vs this tough MGR ) On a side note 27 of my 48 games , so far this year , have been decided by 1 or 2 runs . Hence all the excitement !
